Hi, I’m Paul Moores, a fully qualified DVSA Approved Driving Instructor with Harwood Driving School.

I cover Horwich and the surrounding towns and villages, with lessons built around the two test centres my pupils actually use: Bolton (Weston Street) and Chorley. That means real local roads from the first lesson — Chorley New Road, Crown Lane, Middlebrook, Lostock, Blackrod, Anderton, Adlington and the M61 links — not a generic franchise loop.

Pupils can expect a calm, patient instructor who teaches well beyond “just passing”. We work on planning, observation and car control so you are safe on Horwich’s hills and estates, Bolton’s busier A-roads, and the faster approaches used on Chorley test routes.

Complete beginners, nervous adult learners and people returning after a break are all welcome. Lessons are structured, clearly explained and paced to you. I am Enhanced DBS checked and teach to Harwood’s client-centred standard.
