Harwood Driving School is based at 47 Links Road, Bolton, BL2 4EY, Greater Manchester, established in 2012 by Dan Ison. The school provides manual and automatic driving lessons across Bolton, Bury, Radcliffe, Ramsbottom, Salford, and Rossendale. It specialises in preparation for the Bolton (Weston Street) and Bury (Smith Street) driving test centres.

Founder Dan Ison holds a DVSA ORDIT Grade A score (51/51), a DVSA Cardington Special Grade A, RoSPA Gold Tutor status, and IAM Advanced Driver qualification. Every instructor is Enhanced DBS checked and mentored to the same instructional standard.

Lessons are structured around the exact roads used by examiners, including dual carriageway merges on the A666 and multi-lane roundabouts on Bolton and Bury test routes.
